Our Kits

Wrist Warmers and Cowl kits are available to buy at Kraft Work Yarns.

We wanted to make our designs widely available and as accessible as possible. With that in mind, they are available to buy individually, in kit form, and also as a digital download, because making something beautiful should never be kept a secret.

Creativity sparks community — a stitch shared becomes a story, and a pattern becomes a springboard for your own interpretation. Our designs were born from curiosity. Clare and Debbie have had many brainstorming sessions over a cuppa and a ginger snap. (Heartfelt thanks must go to Mr Boss Man - Ian. His tea making skills are absolutely on point! Clare.)

Serendipity Designs, as its name suggests, arrived by accident. A friend of Clare’s asked if she could make some wrist warmers that would allow her full movement as a pianist, yet still be warm and cosy for those wintery outdoor carol singing sessions.

A quick sketch scribbled in a notebook that turned into a colourwork chart, playing around with colour order that revealed a bolder contrast, a half-finished work in progress that looked amazing the next day with fresh eyes. Those happy accidents nudged our work in surprising directions and taught us to celebrate the unexpected and to embrace the failures as much as the successes.

Sharing those moments — the careful plans and the delightful missteps — is how we invite others to join us as we discover ideas we hadn’t imagined and to make their own serendipities.
